Ingredients

8 salmon fillets of uniform size

GLAZE:

1 stick butter

1/4 cup orange juice concetrate

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Glaze:: Bring all glaze ingredients to summer over medium heat.

Brush glaze over salmon, saving some until after it’s cooked.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake salmon 15-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
